An Eco Therapy Garden, an early years play group and a sewing tutor are just some of the diverse and eclectic business brought together by Kindred, a charitable organization set up to support independent women lead businesses. I saw the women as rebellious trail blazers, fighting not only for themselves but their community. To me they were rockstars and so suited a rock ‘n’ roll design. Posters listed each business and went online over social media and websites in the build-up to an International Women’s Day event. The branding bought a sense of unity and belonging to each business.
